When I saw these cookies on one of my favorite blogs yesterday, I knew I had to make them immediately! Peanut Butter and honey!?! How could that be bad? It couldn’t! Also, I knew B would love them.

After I mixed the cookies up, I thought: “Gee, that looks like a lot of dough!”. Then it occurred to me, Marye has a family of eight. I have a family of two. We now have 75 peanut butter and honey cookies! Ooops!
Good thing they are delicious!
B loves them as I thought he would. He describes them as “The perfect peanut butter cookie, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.” Hopefully his coworkers like them as much as he does. Someone has to help use eat these! Hahaha!
Check out Marye’s post on Baking Delights for the recipe.
A couple of notes:
- This recipe makes A LOT of cookies (perfect for the holidays).
- Be very careful not to overbake. These cookies took only 8-9 min in my oven.
